Construction PM job description:

Engineered Tower Solutions, PLLC (ETS) is a full-service engineering company serving the telecommunications needs of tower operators and owners in the commercial, utility, and public safety markets. We are looking for a Project Manager with a minimum of 3 years of relative telecom experience. This individual will work in the Raleigh, NC office with limited travel.

PM Job duties:

• Track open projects in Site Tracker
• Electronic filing of NTPs, POs, Invoices, Material Documentation, etc.
• Document retrieval and control, project creation
• Department metric tracking and reporting
• Manage and track projects from inception through the submission of closeout reports
• Provide team members and clients with updates throughout the process.

-Manage field crews to ensure a timely completion of work.

Skill Requirements:

• Must be well versed in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Data entry into project management software; prior experience with Site Tracker is preferred
• Must be able to manage time appropriately with little supervision.
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong familiarity with cell towers necessary

Position Type: Full Time

Position Location: Raleigh, NC

Basic Conditions of Employment:

• Must be able to work legally in the US.
• Possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
• Have no felony convictions or pending charges or cases that require you to appear in court.
• Submit to a basic background check.
• Pass a 10-panel drug screen.
• Ensure the scope of work is completed for each designated crew.

• Ability to provide accurate and detailed communication of the status of all jobs, and documentation as well.

Educational and additional Requirements:

• Associate degree preferred, high school diploma or equivalent job experience will be considered.
• This is a full-time position Mon- Fri. General hours fall between 7am - and 6pm. This position requires a blend of field work and in-office work.
