We are seeking an Operational Manager/ Business Development for Insurance Company to join our team! You will supervise and coordinate all activities of the sales team.
I am looking for someone that knows the insurance business and can develop systems to make it easy for agents and lenders to send referrals to our insurance company. I need systems built out as well as outreach to all of our agents and lenders to create real value for them with quick turnaround quotes to ensure we capture more business. Hire inside sales people to quote and bind insurance. Hire inside CSR's to manage custmor service.
Social Media, Google 5 star Review and marketing experience a plus
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily sales operations
- Hire quickly to scale business
- Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting
- Establish sales goals and metrics
- Train and evaluate employees
- Resolve escalated customer complaints
- Work with HR to recruit top-tier talent
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, operational management
- Strong leadership qualities
- 5 years as Producer and Management of an Insurance team
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Familiarity with EzLynx and Jenesis platforms or related software
- P&C, Life and all lines of insurance license
- Looking to scale a business quickly and profitably
- Company needs to network with top performing Realtors and Lenders to ensure a steady stream of leads.
