- 18 - 20 patients per 12-hour shift
- Rural hospital setting
- Transfer severe trauma, stroke, and cardiac cases to tertiary center
- Daily patient volume of 90 - 100 patients
- Board certification required
- Multiple certifications required including ACLS, ATLS, PALS
