Customer Service Representative

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative and part-time delivery person. In this role, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers to provide top-notch service, answering questions, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service to customers in person, over the phone, and via email
- Answer customer inquiries about our products and services, guiding them to the best solutions for their needs
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback
- Operate the company vehicle to perform pick-up and delivery service as needed
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to handle challenging situations with tact and diplomacy
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in a customer service or related role is preferred
- Clean driving record and valid NC Drivers License
