Commercial pest control technicians mitigate unwanted pests, such as roaches, rats, ants, bed bugs, and mosquitoes that infest commercial facilities, restoring peace of mind to our customers and theirs. Unwanted pests that infest buildings can pose serious risks to the health and safety of employees, customers, vendors, and patients. Commercial pest control workers remove and control populations of these creatures from offices, hospitals, stores, warehouses, and other structures to protect people and prevent spread.

We have an exciting opportunity available for you as a Commercial Pest Control Technician at our Terminix Branch based out of Greensboro, NC.

What you will be doing:

• Servicing commercial facilities in order to control pest problems

• Performing routine services - perimeter and interior treatment, dealing with pest control issues - and seasonal pest services (mosquitos, etc.)

• Communicating and documenting through both verbal and detailed written communication with customers on completed services and future upkeep

• Inspecting buildings and premises for signs of pests or infestation

• Identifying, selecting, and applying chemical or manual solutions to eliminate pests

• Organizing and upholding audit standards for particular accounts

• Managing day-to-day schedule to complete necessary services in a timely manner

• Selling services to new and existing customers.

Compensation:

In addition to having more independence in your scheduling, we provide you with the opportunity to control your income. While some positions provide the same wage regardless of effort, at Terminix you have unlimited earnings potential. Our commission-based pay structure rewards you for completing services, making sales, and provides a bonus system each month for achieving your goals!

Technicians average between $52k to $62k annually, but our pay structure doesn't limit you to this average!
