Our Urgent and Primary Care outpatient centers offer a wide array of services including Accidents, medical illness, injuries, and simple procedures that might require suturing, stitching, stapling, Incision and Drainage, Wound care, Flu prevention and treatment, vaccinations and immunizations, Labs and X-Rays, Physicals, employment related services and women’s health. - PA or NP Provider obtains an adequate history and performs an appropriate physical examination for the presenting problem
- Order pertinent laboratory and radiographic studies as needed based on the initial evaluation
- Make appropriate therapeutic decisions in conjunction with the patient based on the information gathered.
- Administers appropriate medication or treatment as necessary.
- May perform Minor surgical procedures such as suturing, stitching, stapling, incision and drainage when necessary.
- DOT Certification is preferred and if you currently don’t have one, will be required to get certified within 6 months of hire
