Minimum Experience/Education
- Familiarity with library circulation functions, and electronic resources.
- General computer skills and the ability to troubleshoot computer, copier, scanner, and
- Experience providing excellent customer service in an academic library setting.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Associates/ Bachelor’s degree
- Front desk/ front of house/ information service point experience
- Public / academic library experience
- circulating library items
- receiving/transferring calls
- assisting with research
- providing directions
- supporting building security.
