Maintenance Technician
- Pay of $25–$30 per hour based on experience
- Monday – Thursday | 6:00 – 4:00 PM & Friday | 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM

- High School Diploma or equivalent (technical school preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in maintenance or construction
- 2+ years in a manufacturing plant environment
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and controls aptitude
- Ability to read and interpret technical instructions and drawings
- Experience with forklifts and working at elevated heights
- Basic computer skills
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials (up to 125 lbs) and wear PPE
- Must pass a physical exam per OSHA 1910.134
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
- Maintain and repair plant equipment, including pumps, HVAC, electrical, welding, and carpentry
- Conduct preventive maintenance and troubleshoot machinery
- Install piping, controls, and electrical components
- Use forklifts to transport materials and access elevated work areas
- Ensure safe work practices and compliance with OSHA standards
- Keep detailed maintenance records and reports
- Support safety policies and maintain a clean, organized facility
- Perform other related duties as assigned
