We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Admissions Coordinator to join our team. This role serves as the first point of contact for prospective clients and families, guiding them through the intake process with professionalism and care. The Admissions Coordinator plays a vital part in connecting individuals in need with the resources and support of our long-term treatment program.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to initial inquiries and guide prospective clients through the admissions process.

• Conduct phone interviews and preliminary assessments to determine program suitability.

• Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure a smooth transition into the program.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of admissions activities and client records.

• Develop and sustain referral relationships with professionals, organizations, and community partners.

• Actively participate in outreach efforts to connect individuals in need with treatment resources.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in substance abuse treatment or recovery services required.

• Strong interviewing, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Established professional networks and referral sources within the recovery community.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• A compassionate, mission-driven approach to supporting individuals and families in recovery.

Our nonprofit organization offers a no cost, no insurance, option for treatment, with a comprehensive clinical overlay in a therapeutic community setting. All of our clinical staff are program graduates themselves and lead based upon their experience, strength and hope from their own life in long-term recovery. We firmly believe that we keep what we have by giving it away! Recovery Ventures collaborates with hospitals, criminal justice offices and short term programs to transition those seeking help into long term treatment for substance use disorders.
