Our client, a prominent international AmLaw 50 law firm , is seeking a talented Jr. Associate Attorney to join their Finance Practice Group , focusing on Corporate Trust matters, in their Charlotte office. This role provides the opportunity to work on sophisticated capital markets transactions within a dynamic and collaborative team environment.

Candidate Profile

• JD from a top-tier law school with e xcellent academic credentials
• Active Bar Admission in North Carolina , in good standing
• 2–3 years of substantive experience in a variety of capital markets transactions , particularly focused on structured finance
• Strong drafting and negotiation abilities
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in fast-paced, team-oriented environments

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on structured finance matters, including capital markets transactions and related agreements
• Draft , review , and negotiate transaction documents for a variety of structured finance deals
• Collaborate closely with colleagues across practice groups to provide comprehensive support on complex transactions
• Maintain direct client interaction and contribute to the growth of the firm’s finance practice

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive compensation : Includes an annual salary range of $235,000-$260,000 , commensurate with experience, along with a generous bonus structure
