Warranty Manager - Custom Homes - Monroe NC

Our client is currently looking for a Warranty Manager in Monroe, NC .

This person will have success in solving home owners concerns and delivering high levels of customer satisfaction in a very fast paced environment.

The person in this role will be self- driven, have strong attention to detail, and excellent time management skills. This person should also have the ability to perform direct small repairs, craft work including carpentry/drywall/painting/etc. They will also heavily interact with customers, sub-contractors, and builders in a professional manner to resolve larger repair issues for the homeowner.

What you will do:

-Assess, schedule, and supervise warranty repairs for homeowners

-Ensure that all repairs are made to client's Custom Homes high standards

-Perform walk-thru with Homeowners to inspect all concerns

-Monitor and ensure that the repair schedule is maintained

-Perform minor repairs

Qualifications Needed:

High School Diploma or GED

10+ years of construction experience, custom residential highly preferred
