As a Commercial HVAC Technician at Redblue, you'll play a vital role in maintaining and servicing commercial HVAC units for our diverse clientele. If you're passionate about delivering top-notch service, have 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience, and are looking to join a company where you are truly valued, we'd love to hear from you.
Key ResponsibilitiesPreventative Maintenance & Service
- Perform routine inspections, cleanings, and tune-ups on commercial HVAC systems to maximize efficiency and longevity.
Troubleshooting & Repairs
- Diagnose system issues promptly and perform expert repairs, ensuring minimal downtime for our clients.
Client Collaboration
- Communicate effectively with clients, understanding their needs and providing knowledgeable recommendations to optimize system performance.
Record-Keeping & Compliance
- Maintain accurate service logs, including tasks completed and findings, while adhering to EPA regulations and safety standards.
- 5+ Years of experience in Commercial HVAC (required)
- EPA Certification (required); additional certifications/licenses are a plus
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- 40 hours per week , Monday to Friday
- Daily work schedules provided in advance, offering better work-life balance
