Starting at $60,000 + Commissions
We are seeking an extraordinary Business Development Representative with a proven track record of success in sales to join our team. As the face of Paul Davis in the community, you will be responsible for driving top-line revenue growth by expanding our market presence, building high-value relationships with residential and commercial property owners and managers, practice a variety of sales strategies, and utilize technology to market the services of the company and increasing demand for our commercial restoration and reconstruction services. Business Development Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with commercial property owners and managers through meetings, events, and association memberships.
- Conduct a variety of marketing efforts through digital media and contacts with existing customers.
- Maintain relationships with customers throughout projects to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project close.
- Utilize Luxor to build database of contacts.
- Present innovative ideas to implement new marketing strategies.
- Develop a budget for business development activities and maintain organized schedule of events throughout the year.
- Plumbing partners and insurance agents to valued relationships and under responsibilities.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)

- Ability to learn and operate our primary operating systems: RMS, Luxor, SharePoint, and One Drive

- Ability to work office equipment (scanner, printer, phone system, computers)
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to maintain an acceptable background and MVR check during employment
- Ability to operate a company vehicle safely
- Maintain a level of confidentiality
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 5+ years experience in an outside sales (B2B) role preferred
- Proven success track record of succeeding YOY goals
- Working knowledge and book of contacts
- 3+ years of CRM experience
- Associate Degree or Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Experience in the Restoration, Construction, or Insurance industry
