Automotive Service Master Technician
Join Capital of Indian Trail as a Master Automotive Technician Capital of Indian Trail is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Automotive Technician to join our growing team. In this key role, you'll diagnose and repair a wide range of mechanical and electrical issues across various makes and models, ensuring top-tier service and customer satisfaction. If you're a certified professional with a passion for precision and a commitment to excellence, we want to hear from you. What you'll be doing:
- Perform complex diagnostics and advanced repairs on vehicles according to dealership and manufacturer standards
- Accurately complete repair orders with efficiency and attention to detail
- Conduct test drives and use diagnostic tools to identify issues
- Communicate clearly with Service Advisors regarding vehicle status, timelines, and additional service needs
- Ensure all warranty and manufacturer repairs meet compliance standards
- Mentor and support junior technicians as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace and adhere to all safety protocols
- ASE Master Certification required
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a dealership or independent technician
- Deep understanding of all automotive systems and diagnostics
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Computer proficiency and comfort with digital diagnostic systems
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Must pass a pre-employment background check
