• Psychiatric, Acute psychosis, Drug overdose, Managing violent behavior, Psychiatric Hold, Suicidal patient, IV therapy/Phlebotomy, Arterial line management, Blood Product Administration, Central line care/management, Phlebotomy, Starting and maintaining IVs, Respiratory, BiPAP/CPAP management/maintenance, Chest tube insertion/management, Interpretation of Arterial Blood Gases (ABGs), Medications, Continuous IV paralytics, Continuous IV sedation, Emergency Medications, IV vasopressors, Procedural Sedation Administration/Monitoring, Neurological, CVA (Cerebrovascular Accident), Hypothermia protocol/Arctic Sun, Neuro-Trauma, Spinal cord injury, Traumatic Brain injury, Work Settings, General Emergency Department-Combined Adult/Pedi, Level II Trauma Center, Shock/Trauma, Gunshot wounds, Traumatic amputation, Cardiac Monitoring and Emergency response, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, Management of patient with multisystem organ dysfunction/failure, Professional Topics and Skills, Isolation Precautions/PPE, Orthopedics, Ortho trauma

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Level I Trauma Center experience preferred.
• Pediatric Emergency Department experience preferred.
• Teaching hospital experience preferred.
• ICP monitoring, STEMI Certified Facility, Stroke Certified Facility

Preferred Credentials:

• CPI can be done onsite if not in hand.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Every other weekend.

Floating Requirements:

• May float to ED observation unit.
