What You’ll Do
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair a wide range of commercial HVAC systems
- Perform preventive maintenance and inspections to ensure top performance
- Communicate clearly with customers and teammates about service needs and solutions
- Keep accurate records of work performed and parts used
- Always uphold our standards for safety, quality, and customer satisfaction
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years of HVAC service experience (commercial experience preferred)
- EPA Universal License (required)
- Strong troubleshooting skills and pride in your workmanship
- Great communication and teamwork mindset
