Responsibilities – Automotive Finance Manager

• Present auto finance, lease, and insurance options to customers clearly and professionally
• Obtain finance approvals by working directly with banks and lenders
• Structure deals for maximum profitability while ensuring compliance
• Prepare and review all documentation for accuracy and legal compliance
• Sell extended warranties, protection plans, and additional F&I products
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to streamline the transaction process
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
• Maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and vendors
• Stay current with lending programs, policies, and industry compliance standards

Requirements – Automotive Finance Manager

• MINIMUM 2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE AS A FINANCE MANAGER IN AN AUTOMOTIVE DEALERSHIP
• Direct, hands-on experience managing F&I processes, structuring deals, and securing financing
• Deep understanding of automotive finance products, lender guidelines, and compliance laws
• Proven success in selling finance and aftermarket products
• Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational abilities
• Professional, ethical, and team-oriented approach
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
