Litigation Paralegal

LHH is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Insurance Defense Paralegal to join our team in Asheville, North Carolina. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated paralegal with 1–2 years of experience who is looking to grow within a collaborative and fast-paced legal environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with insurance defense litigation matters from inception through trial preparation
• Draft, review, and organize legal documents, pleadings, discovery, and correspondence
• Manage case files and maintain accurate calendaring of deadlines and court dates
• Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and vendors
• Assist with medical records, document management, and trial preparation
• Perform legal and factual research as needed

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of litigation or insurance defense paralegal experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software
