Hvac Technician

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician responsible for executing the preventative maintenance schedule for commercial HVAC systems. You will check, service, clean, and replace all filters in A/C, ventilating, and exhaust systems. The role also involves troubleshooting systems and coordinating work to be completed with other trades.

• Execute preventative maintenance schedules for commercial HVAC systems.
• Check, service, clean, and replace filters in A/C, ventilating, and exhaust systems.
• Troubleshoot HVAC systems and coordinate work with other trades.

• Experience in HVAC systems.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
• Strong electrical service skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• HVAC Certification is preferred.

This position is based in an office building that is climate-controlled. The dress code includes shirts, pants, and hats provided by Aramark. The role requires working the first shift, Monday through Friday, from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, with rotating on-call duties.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Charlotte, NC.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
