As a Direct Support Professional in Pathways, our adult day program, you’ll provide compassionate, one-on-one support to adults with disabilities. You’ll help participants learn new skills, connect with others, and reach their personal goals—all in a supportive, engaging environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead fun and meaningful activities that promote independence and skill-building

• Support individuals in achieving personal goals, both in group settings and one-on-one

• Ensure safety and well-being of all participants

• Maintain accurate daily documentation of services provided

• Drive a 12-15 passenger van, as needed, for outings and transportation to and from the day program

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (preferred) 

• A warm, patient, and reliable personality

• High school diploma or GED

• Valid NC driver’s license

• Ability to pass a drug screening and NC background check

Physical Requirements:

• Able to lift 10–25 lbs as needed

• Comfortable sitting, standing, or moving for extended periods of time
