Job Title: Primary Care Physician (PCP)
Location: Charlotte, NC

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Primary Care Physician to provide comprehensive outpatient care to adult and/or family medicine patients in Charlotte, North Carolina. The role focuses on preventive care, chronic disease management, and patient-centered primary care in a collaborative clinical setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outpatient primary care services, including diagnosis and treatment
• Manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Perform preventive health screenings and annual physicals
• Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests
• Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
• Collaborate with care teams and specialists as needed
• Ensure high-quality, patient-focused care

Requirements:

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Active North Carolina medical license (or eligibility to obtain)
• DEA license (or eligibility)
• Strong clinical and communication skills

Preferred:

• Outpatient primary care experience
• Experience with value-based or quality-driven care models
