Entry-level supply chain role focused on stocking, distributing, and tracking hospital supplies while supporting daily inventory and logistics operations.
Short Explanation
Level 1 associates handle day-to-day supply chain tasks like restocking, delivering supplies, and maintaining inventory accuracy while supporting clinical staff across the hospital.
Must-Haves
- HS Diploma or GED
- 1+ year of experience (warehouse, logistics, customer service, etc.)
- Ability to perform physical work (lifting, pushing carts, stocking)
- Strong work ethic and sense of urgency
- Basic computer skills
- Strong reliability and attention to detail
Nice-to-Haves
- Healthcare or hospital environment experience
- Exposure to inventory systems (SAP, Pyxis)
- Experience with stocking, cycle counts, or shipping/receiving
- Fast-paced or high-volume work environment experience
