We’re looking for high-energy individuals ready to build a career in automotive sales and earn big while doing it. The Selling Season is in full swing and due to our advertising strength and holidays approaching, we have more customers than we can wait on.

If you are an experienced Sales Professional that is not earning what you think you are worth or simply not happy in your current position, we have an immediate need for 5 Full-Time Sales Consultants. It is our philosophy that to be successful you must enjoy what you do. With Uncapped Commission + Monthly Bonuses the leading Sales Consultants at Coastal Kia are currently earning MORE than $10,000 per month and we are experiencing days when we are not able to wait on every customer due to advertising efforts as well as increased consumer demand for Kia’s new products.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Prior sales experience is a plus — but we’ll train fast learners with drive
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Goal-oriented and motivated by commissions (top reps earn $8k–$12k/month+)
• Willingness to learn our sales process and vehicle features inside and out
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Requirements

• Prior retail automotive dealership sales experience preferred
  
• Education and prior sales training are a PLUS.
