Overview

CTG's long-standing Fortune 500 client of over 15 years has a W2 contract assignment for a Deal Desk Specialist - Delivery.

Location: Charlotte, NC (hybrid remote)
*Candidates must be able to commute and work onsite in Charlotte, NC*
Pay Rate: Based on experience
Work Hours: M–F 8am–5pm
Education: Four-year degree preferred

Description
The Deal Desk Specialist – Delivery will support the customer quotation and contract process. This role requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple proposals under tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will take ownership of assembling and submitting high-quality documents to ensure customer requirements are met and opportunities are maximized for the business.

Requirements
• Interact with Sales, Marketing, Business Operations, Pricing, Engineering, and other internal stakeholders to gather all necessary information for customer requests
• Communicate and enforce deadlines for input submission to ensure timely completion
• Compile and format information into clear, concise, and professional documents for customer submission
• Ensure all RFQ requirements and deadlines are met to improve the chance of success
• Identify and mitigate potential channel or market conflicts during RFQ processing
• Manage extensions or revisions for quotes and contracts per established guidelines
• Participate in process improvement and workflow optimization efforts across cross-functional teams
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Care, Engineering Services (ES), and Product Line Management (PLM)
• Create and maintain Vendavo contractual documentation for major clients

Required Qualifications

Education
• Four-year degree preferred

Qualifications
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects under varying deadlines
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable working in a self-directed team environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office Suite, especially Excel
• Familiarity with the customer base, markets, and pricing structures is a plus
• Willingness to embrace new tools, systems, and processes
• Flexible and open to challenges in a fast-paced work environment
