Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and assistance to individuals in their homes or residential facilities
- Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Assist with mobility and transfers, including using proper lifting techniques for heavy lifting
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Follow care plans and document observations and services provided

Experience:
- Previous experience working with individuals with autism, hospice care, or in childcare settings is preferred
- Familiarity with resident rights and regulations in assisted living facilities is a plus
- Knowledge of basic patient care techniques, including taking vital signs, is beneficial
- Ability to lift and transfer clients safely using proper body mechanics
