Digital Carrier Procurement Specialist

As a Specialist, Digital Carrier Procurement at RXO, you will be responsible for executing on initiatives designed to grow our digital platform and the carriers transacting within it. On our team, you'll have the support to excel at work and the resources to build a career you can be proud of.

What your day-to-day will look like:

• Work on priority bids for preferred DFM Carriers and Sales Accepted offers.
• Build and grow our relationship with Digital Carriers.
• Encourage usage of our digital solutions to Carriers through demos and one on one conversation

• Answer inbound calls from carriers.
• Assist with recovering loads that have been dropped by digital carriers.
• Find, create, and execute dedicated ILA opportunities.

What you'll need to excel:

At a minimum, you'll need:

• 1 year of experience providing support to internal and external customers, and/or vendors in the transportation industry
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Windows applications

It'd be great if you also have:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 2+ years of third-party logistics (3PL) experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
