About the Role

Crescent Ford is looking for a high-energy, organized, and consistent Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team! This role is perfect for someone who loves talking to people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys helping customers take the next step toward purchasing their vehicle.

You’ll play a key role in connecting with potential customers over the phone and online, building relationships, and setting appointments for our sales team. Previous BDC experience preferred.

• Make 80–120 outbound calls per day to follow up with internet leads, inquiries, and previous customers.

• Answer incoming calls, texts, and online inquiries promptly and professionally.

• Set quality appointments for the sales department and ensure smooth hand-offs.

• Follow up with no-show appointments and unsold customers.

• Maintain detailed and accurate records in the CRM system.

• Collaborate with sales management to maximize lead conversion.

• Provide an exceptional customer experience in every interaction.

• High energy and a positive attitude — you enjoy engaging with people!

• Excellent phone and communication skills.

• Strong organization and consistency in follow-up and documentation.

• Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of calls.

• Prior customer service, sales, or call center experience required (automotive BDC experience preferred).

• Comfortable using computers, CRM tools, and phone systems.

• Available to work every other weekend and every other evening (7PM).

Hours are opening shift: 8:30AM - 4PM closing shift: 10AM - 7PM. Every other Saturday, off Sunday. Pay is $15 per hour paid weekly plus bonus commission paid monthly based off of number of shown/sold appointments.
