Position Overview:
The Senior Tax Manager will manage client tax compliance, anticipate tax issues, and provide strategic planning guidance while leading and developing less experienced professionals across a variety of industries.

Key Responsibilities:
● Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing workflows, deadlines, and deliverables.
● Review complex tax returns for clients in manufacturing, real estate, professional services, and high-net-worth segments.
● Solve tax and business challenges using strong technical and analytical capabilities.
● Lead tax staff, seniors, and managers in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
● Demonstrate exceptional client service and identify forward-looking tax planning opportunities.

Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; Master’s preferred.
● Active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license required.
● 7+ years of public accounting experience, including 2+ years in a managerial role.
● Strong understanding of pass-through entity taxation and general corporate taxation.
● Working knowledge of partnership taxation, including equity investment structures.
