Environmental Due Diligence Professional

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
3 or more years of experience conducting Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) and related due diligence activities
Bachelor's degree in Geology, Engineering, Environmental Science , or a related field
Strong critical thinking and technical writing skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing projects and/or leading small teams
Familiarity with Brownfields sites and redevelopment projects
Experience working with real estate professionals on fast-paced, quick-turnaround transactions
Experience with complex industrial or commercial properties
