Position Available At : 4320 Fairview Drive Wilmington, NC 28412

Hourly Pay Range : $15- $17 per hour

Pay is determined by the level of education and years of experience. Pay increases with continued education, performance and years of service.

Requirements

• At least 6 months experience as a teacher in a licensed day care, working with school age children required.
• Willingness to drive a 14-passenger minibus (no CDL required).
• Clean driving record required
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• BSAC (Basic School Age Care Certification) required.
• Successful completion of state background check and health assessments.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Must be 21 years of age

Responsibilities:

• Implement our award-winning curriculum in a way that meets each child's unique learning style.
• Foster relationships with children and provide a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
• Document and share with families the important milestones in a child’s day using our app.
• Encourage and model social behavior and expectations which are developmentally appropriate.
