F45 Fitness Trainer

We are looking for an ambitious, energetic, motivating, knowledgeable, charismatic F45 Trainer to join our 12 Oaks Team.

F45 Training is a team-based, functional training facility that places a huge emphasis on the 'three key factors of motivation, innovation and results.

At F45 (the F stands for functional), no program is ever repeated, making every workout a unique experience.

Qualifications: Desired Qualifications Include, But Are Not Limited To The Following:

• Current/Active CPT from one of the following: NASM, ISSA, ACE, ACSM, NSCA (REQUIRED).
• Current/Active CPR/AED certification Minimum of (1) year of experience in personal training or group fitness.
• Background in fitness: College Degree/Certifications/equivalent work experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Time-Management and organizational skills.

High Energy individual Job Description:

• The Trainer runs 45-minute classes alongside another trainer.
• Check-in and welcome members and create a comfortable/motivational environment.
• Guide members through F45 workouts by explaining proper techniques, demonstrating exercises, identifying different muscle groups, and providing progressions/regressions of exercises based upon member needs.
• Trainers will be coaching up to 15 classes per week.
• Set up and break down appropriate equipment based on floor layouts.
• Assists members by answering questions and providing health and wellness guidance while maintaining positive professionalism.
• Ensure cleanliness of the studio at all times and proper storage of equipment.
• Be present at least (30) minutes before classes to properly meet and introduce yourself to members, and to prepare for the workouts.
