ABA (applied behavior analysis) therapy takes place in several different environments; child’s home, clinic (playroom), school and community. The ABA treatment plan is designed and supervised by a qualified member of our team. The BT provides instruction and reinforcement to enable the child to obtain and preserve skills that will allow him/her to function with greater independence in society and at home.We offer above average compensation. Responsibilities:

• Provide one on one therapy to children who are diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and/or other related disorders

• Implement the treatment plan as directed by the supervisor

• Record and graph data

• Attend required trainings, supervision, and workshops

• Maintain a high level of professionalism including appearance, punctuality, and communication with all stakeholders

• Lift 50 lbs

Minimum Level of Education:

• Have completed at least a high school diploma or equivalent

Competency:

• Either possess or be able to obtain a credential through the required regulatory board within three weeks of hire (we guide this process and furnish application fees and exam fees)

• Must have a valid driver’s license

• Pass a federal, state, and county criminal background check

• Must have full coverage automobile insurance

Work Experience:

• Experience working with children is preferred. Training is provided

Other qualifications:

• Availability to see clients until at least 5:30pm

• Ability to lift 50 or more pounds
