Sr. Mfg Equipment Maintenance Technician

Our client, a leading organization in pharmaceutical manufacturing and development, is seeking a Sr. Mfg Equipment Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Sr. Mfg Equipment Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the Drug Product Division. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Sr. Mfg Equipment Maintenance Technician **Location:** Greenville, NC **Pay Range:** $29 **Shift:** Rotational shifts including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and some non-scheduled days **What's the Job?** + Operate and maintain boiler systems and related physical plant equipment, including condenser water, air compressors, air dryers, potable water, and chilled water systems, following SOPs, cGMPs, and user department requirements. + Operate and maintain High Purity Water systems, including WFI, PFW, generated by Ros and distillation units. + Monitor system performance through computer controls, review recorded data, and resolve issues to ensure continuous operations. + Maintain housekeeping services in utilities areas and communicate any concerns to management. + Work rotating shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and some non-scheduled days, with a specific rotation schedule. **What's Needed?** + High school diploma or equivalent required; associates in applied science in a related field preferred. + Minimum of 2 years of work experience in plant equipment operation, including boiler operations, air compressors, or related fields. + Experience in a cGMP environment is preferred. + Strong problem analysis, planning, and organizational skills. + Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and proficiency with technical diagnostic and test equipment. **What's in it for me?** + Opportunity to work in a dynamic pharmaceutical environment supporting innovative drug development. + Engage in rotational shifts that provide variety and flexibility. + Be part of a team committed to quality and continuous improvement. + Gain valuable experience working with high-tech systems and equipment. + Contribute to the production of life-saving medications in a regulated environment.
