Account Manager (Rotable Sales)

Funded.club's partner is a growing provider of rotable components for the commercial aviation aftermarket , supporting airlines, MROs, and aviation partners with reliable parts and strong technical expertise. Based in Garner, NC, the company is expanding quickly and strengthening its position across Airbus and Boeing narrow‑body platforms through customer‑focused service and operational excellence.

About the Position

We are hiring a Account Manager, Rotable Sales to lead revenue growth and customer engagement across its aftermarket portfolio. You’ll manage key accounts, uncover new opportunities, and drive sales strategies that expand XAERO’s market presence. The role blends relationship management, sales execution, and data‑driven planning, working closely with purchasing and repair operations to align inventory with customer demand. Your work directly supports XAERO’s growth in a fast‑moving aviation environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of high‑level rotable sales experience (Airbus & Boeing narrow‑body required)


• Strong understanding of commercial aircraft operations and MRO processes


• Established relationships in the commercial aviation aftermarket


• Ability to build and execute sales strategies


• Strong negotiation, communication, and customer‑facing skills


• Proven record of meeting revenue targets


• Solid analytical and business planning capability


• Proficiency with Excel, Outlook, and Word


• Leadership and team management experience


• Product line management and RFP/RFQ exposure (preferred)

Experience

• 5+ years in rotable sales with airlines, MROs, brokers, or parts distributors


• Knowledge of A320 and 737 component markets and powerplants


• Familiarity with MRO workflows, repair cycles, and inventory planning


• Bachelor’s degree in business, Aviation, Engineering, or related field (preferred)


• Strong relationship‑driven sales background


• Ability to operate in a fast‑paced, growth‑focused environment


• Excellent interpersonal skills and willingness to travel for customer visits and trade shows

Compensation and Perks

• $75,000 - $125,000 annual salary DOE
