Responsibilities
- Manage dispatch activities to ensure timely deliveries
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding order status
- Coordinate with drivers to optimize routes and schedules
- Plan routes to enhance efficiency and meet customer demands
- Resolve issues quickly to maintain service quality
- Track orders and update relevant data systems
- Perform accurate data entry to support operational needs

- Promote and support a positive work environment for drivers and customers
