Schedule: 3rd- Sunday – Thursday 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Job Description:
Allegiance Staffing is hiring Dry Machine Operators for a manufacturing client in the textile industry. This is a full-time, hands-on role working with fiberglass materials. Please note that long sleeves are required due to the nature of the material.
We are looking for candidates with at least 4 years of machine operator experience in a manufacturing environment. Textile experience is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up machines following production specifications using fiberglass and other raw materials
- Monitor production closely to ensure consistent quality
- Detect and correct minor machine issues, report major malfunctions
- Package finished goods and complete production documentation
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Communicate clearly during shift changes to ensure smooth handovers
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of machine operator experience in manufacturing
- Textile industry experience is a plus
- Comfortable working with fiberglass (must wear long sleeves)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Able to train on the 1st shift for a month or two is required
- Good communication skills in English (written and spoken)
- Mechanical, electrical, or textile-related training is helpful
- SAP knowledge is a plus, but not required
