Superintendent
- Oversee all on-site construction activities from mobilization through project closeout.
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field staff to ensure timely and quality execution.
- Monitor and enforce jobsite safety protocols in compliance with OSHA and company standards.
- Maintain project schedule by anticipating challenges, identifying solutions, and adjusting resources as needed.
- Conduct daily site walks to ensure workmanship meets project specifications and quality standards.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to review drawings, resolve field issues, and track progress.
- Lead and document daily jobsite meetings.
- Ensure completion of punch lists, inspections, and final turnover with attention to detail and client satisfaction.
- Verify compliance with permits, building codes, and inspection requirements throughout the project.
- Foster a positive, productive jobsite culture by setting clear expectations and motivating field teams.
- 2+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction; hospitality project experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of construction means, methods, codes, and safety regulations.
- Proven ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and contract documents.
- Skilled in managing subcontractors, vendors, and field staff with a focus on accountability and teamwork.
- Solid knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, and cost control principles.
- Proficiency with construction management software (Procore experience a plus).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to anticipate problems, think critically, and implement practical solutions on the jobsite.
- OSHA 30 certification required (or ability to obtain prior to start)
