Sales Executive
Job Summary: Rajbhog Distributors (TX) Inc is a growing wholesale distributor of frozen foods and grocery products, supplying independent grocery stores, supermarkets, and restaurants. We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to expand our customer base, strengthen relationships with existing clients, and drive sales growth across the Dallas and surrounding regions. This role involves extensive fieldwork, daily customer visits, and regional travel. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, customer-focused, and experienced in food distribution or FMCG sales. Key Responsibilities Visit grocery stores, supermarkets, and restaurants daily to take orders and promote company products Cover approximately 12–15 customer visits per day Travel 50–100 miles per day within and around the Dallas region Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers Actively identify, prospect, and onboard new retail and restaurant customers Develop and execute local sales and marketing strategies aligned with company goals Coordinate with customers for in-store promotions, product sampling, and special sales campaigns Communicate clearly with customers regarding orders, delivery schedules, pricing, and product updates Support the finance team by following up on outstanding payments and receivables Occasionally deliver product samples or small product quantities when required Represent the company at trade shows, food events, and industry networking activities Maintain accurate customer and sales records using CRM/ERP systems Perform any other duties assigned by management to support business growth Qualifications, Skills & Travel Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred 3–5 years of experience in B2B or B2C sales, preferably in food distribution, FMCG, grocery, or wholesale industry Prior experience handling restaurant and grocery store accounts is strongly preferred Strong knowledge of food and frozen products used in retail and restaurant environments Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Gujarati and Hindi is a strong advantage Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets in a fast-paced field environment Comfortable using CRM or ERP systems (such as SAGE, EANTREE, or similar) and Microsoft Excel for reporting and tracking Existing network within the restaurant or foodservice industry is a strong plus Must be willing to travel daily within the assigned territory, covering approximately 50–100 miles per day Ability to visit 12–15 customers per day and perform regular field-based sales activities Must hold a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation Comfortable with occasional overnight or extended travel based on business needs Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Employee discount Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Paid training Travel reimbursement Vision insurance
