As an Accounts Payable professional, you’ll play a crucial role in:

• Invoice Management: Reviewing, verifying, and processing invoices for payment while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Payment Processing: Ensuring vendors and creditors are paid promptly through various payment methods to maintain strong business relationships.
• Reconciliation: Collaborating with the accounting team to monitor and balance ledgers for accuracy, identify discrepancies, and resolve them promptly.
• Vendor Communication: Responding to vendor inquiries in a professional manner and addressing invoice disputes or payment delays.

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• Previous experience in accounts payable or a related accounting/finance role.
• Proficiency with accounting software and tools (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or other ERP systems).
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred.
