HR Generalist (Bilingual – English/Spanish)

Location: Charlotte, NC
Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 annually
Duration: Temporary (5–7 months)

Position Overview

We are seeking a Bilingual HR Generalist to join our team! In this role, you will support a variety of human resources functions, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and retention. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about people, culture, and organizational success.

Key Responsibilities

• Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees
• Onboard and train new hires
• Support and implement company culture, values, and HR policies
• Provide management with requested reports and documentation
• Coordinate employee engagement and recognition events
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Human Resources, recruiting, or a related field benefits as well
• Knowledge of labor and employment laws
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• Strong ability to build relationships with employees at all levels
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
