Title: Senior Software Engineer Location: 1414 South Tryon Street, Charlotte, NC 28203 Duties: Develop and implement a modem technology ecosystem to support various functions within MIS. Utilize advanced Devüps practices to enable fast feedback loops using automation, containers, infrastructure as code, feature flags, deployment testing and automatic rollbacks. Support multiple lines of businesses or applications of medium to highly complex (complexity defined by size, technology used, and system feeds and interfaces) technologies at global level with multiple concurrent users, ensuring control, integrity and accessibility. Develop baseline technology standards, tools, platforms, and processes in support of the overall technology and data strategy. Work closely with business and technology colleagues to create services built using modem, consumer focused solutions. Champion the "target state" application support model and drive toward its realization. Provide thought leadership in proper implementation of processes and tools that best align with the organization's strategic objectives. Requirements: Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology or related technical field plus six (6) years of experience as a Software Engineer, Developer, or related position performing software development and designing technical solutions. Designing, developing, and implementing solutions to support enhancements and bug fixes in existing and new applications; application knowledge of C#.NET, SOLID; Design principles, and SQL; Design and develop RESTful services using .NET Core; create Single Page Applications using Angular frameworks; Implementing AWS Cloud Services for development and deployment of applications; Implementing CI/CD methodologies for deployment of applications using Jenkins and Kubernetes; and applying Agile methodologies to ensure iterative development, and continuous feedback. For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $154,669 to $169,000/yr, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation.
