About the Role:
Join FYZCIAL Therapy & Balance Centers as a Physical Therapist - PRN or Part-Time, where you will play a vital role in helping patients regain their mobility and improve their quality of life. We are looking for passionate professionals to join our dynamic team in Concord, NC, and make a difference in our community.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to facilitate recovery.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention and wellness strategies.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
- Promote a positive and motivating environment for patients.
Requirements:
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of North Carolina.
- Experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous improvement.
- CPR certification and knowledge of current best practices required.
- Flexibility to work PRN or part-time hours as needed.
- Passion for helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.
