Work you'll do/Responsibilities

Deloitte has embarked on several strategic transformational initiatives that will ultimately require the upgrade/modernization of its technology capabilities and create increased demand for technology capacity and new skills. In addition, the firm is experiencing increased capacity demands for RTF (run the firm) initiatives. While it seeks to benefit from new technologies which will require new and differentiated skill sets, the market supply of technology skills is constrained, and the competition for talent is at an all-time high. Supporting estimation: coaching teams on estimating capabilities and features.
  • Serve as a liaison and individual contributor between Technology and Product Management division to ensure alignment between business needs and delivered capabilities.
  • Elicit and manage requirements (functional/non-functional) for RPA automations, including exception handling, business rules, and handoffs.
  • Produce BA artifacts such as user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, use cases, requirements traceability matrix (RTM), and test scenarios.
  • Partner with technical team members and solution architects to translate business needs into implementable designs (queues, orchestrations, integrations, triggers).
  • Support automation intake and prioritization (complexity, ROI, risk, stability, control considerations).
  • Facilitate workshops with SMEs to validate requirements, confirm edge cases, and align stakeholders.
  • Coordinate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) planning and execution; triage defects; confirm readiness for release.
  • Track and report outcomes and support continuous improvement post go-live.

Qualifications

Required
  • 7+ years of data analytics + product management and/or business analysis experience
  • 7+ years of experience with financial services concepts, practices, and procedures, with emphasis in enterprise technology and collaboration and communication products
  • 7+ years of experience or direct exposure with REST API, and Microservices
  • Previous experience supporting in-house/custom built applications with varying complexities
  • Strong understanding of tools including Jira, and Mural
  • Strong analytical and technical skills
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
  • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
