Position Administration Analyst I

Position Summary: The role is responsible to accurately execute Position Management Administration processes and programs for the ADUSA Brands. Utilizes position management processes and procedures to support position configuration in our HR systems and is the subject matter expert for the HR Business Partners. This position supports position administration support activities.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:- Creates, modifies, and inactivates positions. Ensures that positions are entered/maintained in the position management system (SuccessFactors) and changes made to positions are maintained accurately in both SuccessFactors as well as all other HR systems of record.
- Assists with system integration of position management to detect errors, duplication, and omission of data, verifies that positions are properly approved prior to adding, deleting or modifying.
- Serve as a project lead and/or subject matter expert, for position management administration projects involving functional business areas, HR Technology, and IT
- Be a recognized expert in all aspects of ADUSA Brand processes, and systems as it relates to position administration
- Analyze the performance of the position management processes and procedures
- Provide ongoing cross functional support within Business Services on areas of expertise to ensure delivery of services to the ADUSA Brands
- Provide timely and proactive practical solutions to deliver the position management processes to the ADUSA Brand's
- High school diploma/GED; Bachelor's degree preferred and related work experience
- 2 years' experience in HR, Compensation, Position Administration, or Organizational Design preferred
- Proficient in MS Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint; Access. PowerBI preferred
- Written and spoken communication
- Strong Analytic skills

- Able to handle multiple priorities
