Textile Quality Inspector Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $19.25 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Third Shift ( Sunday through Thursday from 12:00am to 08:00am )

• Inspect fabrics and grade according to specifications; ensure controls are properly set.
• Load, doff, and cut fabric according to specifications; monitor splices and customer requirements.
• Maintain production logs, track fabric waste, good yards, and defects.
• Perform computer transactions, create BPCS tickets, and communicate shipping priorities with supervisors.
• Cross-train in at least one other area to stay productive during low-volume periods.

Textile Quality Inspector Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of fabric inspection or textile production experience required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand 7–8 hours per shift on concrete or metal floors; lift up to 32 lbs; push/pull 1,000 lb rolls with hoist.
• Strong color vision and attention to detail to detect fabric defects.
• Ability to follow instructions, maintain safety protocols, and perform repetitive tasks accurately.
