Position Summary We are seeking enthusiastic Event Staff members to support promotional events, community outreach activities, and customer engagement initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in dynamic environments and interacting with a variety of people. The Event Staff team helps create positive experiences by assisting with event operations, guest engagement, and activity coordination. Responsibilities * Assist with event setup and breakdown activities * Support guest registration and attendance tracking * Distribute promotional materials and event resources * Maintain organized event areas throughout scheduled activities * Assist with coordinating event logistics and attendee flow * Represent the company professionally during public-facing events * Work closely with team members to ensure successful event execution * Report event updates and concerns to supervisors * Perform additional event-related duties as assigned Minimum requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent preferred * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment * Dependable, professional, and punctual * Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail * Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing light physical tasks * Flexible schedule availability, including occasional evenings and weekends
