Step into a rewarding role supporting students’ educational journeys as a Paraprofessional serving a diverse caseload ranging from Pre-K through 12th grade. This contract opportunity spans the full academic year from August 18, 2026, through June 10, 2027. You'll work Monday through Friday, committing 37.5 hours per week, primarily across private school settings.

Your day-to-day will be dynamic as you collaborate with educators to provide essential support for students with mild to moderate behavioral needs. Flexibility and compassion are key—some young children may require assistance with toileting and personal care. Qualifications and Experience:

• Previous experience as a Paraprofessional in a school environment
• Familiarity with supporting students who have behavioral or special needs
• Comfortable assisting with toileting and other personal care tasks for small children
• Ability to adapt communication and support styles based on student age and developmental level
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to the duration of the contract

Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in delivering instructional and behavioral interventions
• Support students individually or in small groups to reinforce learning and positive behaviors
• Foster a nurturing, inclusive, and safe classroom atmosphere
• Help with personal care routines for younger students as needed
• Maintain accurate records and communicate observations to teaching staff
