We are seeking a visionary and results-oriented individual to lead our Americas Finance Analytics organization. As the Leader, you will play a critical role in driving our data-driven decision-making culture, enabling the organization to extract insights and develop strategies that align with our business objectives. **Where is the work:** This position will be located in Davidson, NC and the individual will work our Standard Schedule - 4 days in office, 1-day flexible work location. **What you will do:**
+ **Leadership and Team Management:**
+ **Lead, inspire, and manage a high-performing team consisting of Analytics and Data Science professionals.**
+ **Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, ensuring effective communication, and promoting professional development.**
+ **Set goals and expectations, conduct performance evaluations, and initiate career development programs for team members.**
+ **Analytics Strategy and Data Science:**
+ **Partner with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, to define and refine Finance analytics strategies that align to delivering on business objectives.**
+ **Oversee the development of advanced analytical models and solutions to drive insights, uncover patterns, and support data-driven decision-making.**
+ **Drive the adoption and leverage of appropriate tools, technologies, and best practices to enhance analytics capabilities within Finance.**
+ **Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements to enhance data delivery efficiency and quality.**
+ **Create strategy for automation in Finance Analytics**
+ **Strategy and Product Ownership:**
+ **Collaborate with BU finance and cross-functional teams in the region to identify and prioritize strategic initiatives, analytics roadmaps, and how goals align to business objectives.**
+ **Oversee the execution of strategic projects from ideation to implementation, ensuring alignment with overall company goals and objectives.**
+ **Develop and implement frameworks and processes to enable effective ownership, including prioritization, requirements gathering, and user feedback.**
+ **Stay current with new technologies and influence roadmap for Finance Data and Analytics journey.**
+ **Enablement and Analytics Governance:**
+ **Provide thought leadership and guidance on finance data governance, data management, and analytics best practices.**
+ **Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making and educate stakeholders on the value of analytics and its impact on business outcomes.**
+ **Collaborate with Enterprise IT and Corporate Finance and other relevant teams to ensure the availability, accessibility, and quality of data for analytics initiatives.**
+ **Stakeholder Engagement:**
+ **Build strong partnerships with key stakeholders, including executives, department heads, IT, and business leaders, to understand their analytics needs.**
+ **Proactively engage with stakeholders to identify opportunities for analytics innovation and continuous improvement.**
+ **Advocate for the value and impact of analytics and enablement initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy.**
+ **Act as a trusted advisor, sharing insights and recommendations on data technology, delivery processes, and governance to drive business value and inform decision-making.**
**What you will bring:**
+ Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Data Science, Business Analytics, Finance or a technical discipline.
+ Proven experience of 15+ years in analytics, data science, strategy, finance or related roles, preferably in a leadership capacity.
+ Strong understanding of Finance analytics methodologies, data-driven decision-making, and data governance principles.
+ Experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving innovation in complex business environments.
+ Proficiency in analytics tools, programming languages (such as Python, R, or SQL), and data visualization platforms.
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex analytics concepts into actionable insights.
+ Strong business & Financial acumen and the ability to understand and articulate business challenges and opportunities.
+ Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders at different organizational levels.
