Now Hiring: Fryer Machine Operator – 1st Shift

Kings Mountain, NC
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay: Based on experience

We are currently seeking a Fryer Machine Operator to join a fast-paced food production facility on 1st shift. This role is ideal for someone with prior experience in food manufacturing, machine operation, and a strong understanding of quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor fryer machines to ensure proper cooking of food products

• Adjust temperature settings, oil levels, and timing controls to meet quality specifications

• Perform regular quality checks on product texture, color, and doneness

• Maintain accurate production records and batch logs

• Conduct routine cleaning and assist with minor maintenance of fryer equipment

• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and GMP procedures

• Work closely with quality and packaging departments to ensure smooth flow of production

• Communicate machine issues or product concerns promptly to supervisors

Qualifications:

• Previous experience operating fryer machines or similar equipment in a food manufacturing environment preferred

• Ability to work in a hot, fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus

• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
