Venue Operations Manager

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and dedicated Venue Operations Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the venue, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments.
  • Manage and lead a diverse team of staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring guests receive an unforgettable experience with every visit.
  • Coordinate with the staff to ensure efficient service and quality food and beverage offerings.
  • Monitor inventory levels of retail area and manage supply orders to meet demand and minimize waste.
  • Implement and enforce safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment for both guests and staff.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and increase profitability.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in bartending and restaurant management is essential.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance standards.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred but not required.
  • Ability to often work outdoors in a busy environment.
